Every church, every chapel of our beautiful peninsula is soaked in the sweat and tears of those who over the centuries have donated part of their work, of their life, to the community.
Excellence I ask you to recognize a sacrosanct right because it was conquered with the sacrifices of generations of carottesi, metesi, santanellesi and sorrentini. I ask you to call free elections as soon as possible in all parishes that enjoy the right of “jus patronatus”, all for too long without a parish priest. You freely choose the triad to be submitted to the vote, it is an undisputed prerogative of him. Choose, but then let us vote, let a people exercise its rightbehave as a serious and enlightened sovereign and not as a despot locked up in his ivory tower and in his silence.
